Landing page setup includes the things a visitor needs in order to take one step. The offer in the first line. One action. A form or a number that works. A page that loads on a phone. A way for you to see the message. It does not include a promise about rankings, and it does not include a stack of tools you will not open.
The prices for that setup are on services. This page is the contents list, so the homepage does not have to repeat it. If you are comparing studios, the same list is a useful test: what a setup company should set up.
The offer, written plainly
Setup starts with the sentence the page is for. Boiler repair today. A table this weekend. A quote for a roof. If you already have the words, we sharpen them. If you do not, Business and Premium include the writing. Starter includes the structure: headline, reason, action. We will not invent a result, a review, or a town you do not cover.
If an advert will point at the page, the first line should repeat the advert. That is message match. Pointing the advert at the homepage is the mistake in what not to use as the landing page.
The action
Call, WhatsApp, or a short form. Pick one for the first screen. A number has to be a real link, not text in a picture. A form should ask for a name and a way to reply, then stop. Extra fields are form friction. The button has to be easy to hit on a phone, which is the thumb zone. After the form, a short thank-you line confirms the message left.
The page itself
One URL. Mobile first. Fast enough that the button is not late. Basic on-page title and description, so the address is not a file name. Photos you actually have, or a simple illustration labelled as an example. No fake login, no stock stars, no "enquiries doubled". If you have a real comment and permission, it can go on the page. If you do not, we leave it off. Trust signals that are real are discussed in trust on a landing page.
Domain, hosting and the second year
When we set them up, the first year of the domain, hosting and SSL is included in the £150 price. From the second year, those renewals are £60 a year, paid to the providers, not to the studio. If you already have a domain and hosting, you renew them yourself and the page can still sit there. There is no separate monthly fee in these packages. Care after launch, if you want it later, is a conversation, not a line we have invented here.
Timing and the three packages
Starter is £150. Most Starter pages are ready within 3 to 5 working days after the content and the brief arrive. Business is £295: fuller copy, extra sections and analytics, typically 7 to 10 working days including revisions. Premium is £495: a second variant so you can test one change, and priority on those revisions, in the same 7 to 10 day band. We do not sell the ads. We do not promise a conversion rate or a search position.
The studio is at 109A Brighton Road, Coulsdon, CR5 2NG. Clients are anywhere in the UK. A page for a county is still built from here. See Lancashire and near me for that distinction. Choosing the person is in how to choose a designer.
What to send before we start
Send the offer, the action you want, and any advert the page must match. Say whether the domain is yours. We reply with one package, not a menu of add-ons. If something on the current page is already wrong, the usual faults are in typical mistakes and, for paid clicks, in PPC mistakes.
